QUANTUM HEALING

This is a bit longer than most posts, but (in my humble) well worth your time (and effort)…
At the quantum level energy equals matter. It is is always in a process of conversion. A loop. An eternal process. The only difference for humans in the “real” world is the organizational matrices that energy utilizes when it “becomes” temporarily solidified as matter – rocks, trees, dogs and humans – these are but a snippet sampling of such manifestations.
It is not the purpose of this document to address why this occurs or for what “purpose” – I only want to talk about the reality of our being as we are experiencing it right now, in this moment, as thoughtful human beings.
An emergent property of the entire “process” of energy unfolding in matter is human consciousness.
Awareness, mindfulness, self-knowledge, intentional living, deliberative effort.
Not everyone achieves this, but sometimes success is in the effort, not necessarily the result, but we don’t want to banter about that topic right now.
What we want to talk about is the existing linkage (a bridge, if you prefer that term) between our physical form (matter) and our organizational matrix (energy) – and the relationship of both to the human mind.
Most human bodily processes involve the autonomic nervous system and run, well, in an automatic manner without the individual human having to think about it.
Now, here is where it gets interesting because there are a number of these processes where the intentional human mind can intervene and have a distinct impact. Blood pressure, heart rate, breathing patterns, controlled responses to external stimuli and other activities can all be impacted by conscious and intentional human thought.
This is a fact and cannot be disputed.
YOU are your body, and with proper practice and training, you can control many aspects of it that you may have thought were previously inaccessible.
Let’s talk healing.
Humans that were essentially indistinguishable from ourselves lived 100,000 plus years ago. If you are alive today, you had tough ancestors who survived without vaccines, antibiotics, vitamin supplements, protein drinks or any other externally induced agent.
Don’t misconstrue my meaning here. Externally induced agents have proven to be a most excellent way to augment and assist our internal and innate defense systems when we experience health issues. We have all enjoyed the benefits thereof, but there are some areas of healing (in my opinion) where you must take the bull by the horns and do it yourself.
Let’s talk about that in more depth.
How exactly did our ancient ancestors survive without externally induced agents like vaccines, antibiotics, pills for a mind-boggling variety of ailments, supplements and so on…
Well, there is a simple answer, and a more complicated one. Technically speaking, the same materials that go into modern-day vaccines, antibiotics and the mind-boggling pills can be found out in the world as plants, vegetables, animal extracts, tree bark, and so on…
Ancient medicine was odd, for sure, but the base level of treatment for broken bones, sprains and other non-life threatening injuries has not changed all that much.
There were, however, advanced methods of treatment available for those with special training and knowledge.
It involved the mental manipulation of internal energy – mind stuff, vital spirit – tapping into the energy matrix which your physical form is inextricably linked with…
Let’s review a bit of history before launching into specific healing techniques and methods.
The sequence in which I am presenting this information should NOT be taken as a prioritized assessment or endorsement – just a recounting for reference purposes.
In Hindu beliefs dating back 2500 years plus, the idea of prana (प्राण, prāṇa) is a Sanskrit term which has a complicated meaning, but can best be described as “life energy” or “vital force” and is the living energy within each human.
In Chinese beliefs dating back 2200 years plus, the idea of qi is basically the same notion as prana, just interpreted from the Chinese perspective.
The ancient Greeks, dating back 2200 years plus had the concept of pneuma, (πνεῦμα) which encapsulated their concept of the “sacred breath,” and was (is) used in a religious context for the idea of “soul” or “spirit.” It has an association with another ancient Greek concept, that of psyche, or psuche – which was meant to be the life force, vital spirit, in life.
The ancient Japanese employed the idea of reiki healing. The word is formed by combining two other Japenese words – rei (meaning “soul or spirit”) and ki (meaning “vital energy”).
A system of Chinese belief from around 300 ACE (keeping in mind that establishing dates for ancient events is as much art as it is science) revolved around an energy field or force that was termed Dantian. It was, simplifying things probably a bit much, a system for managing qi, the energy mentioned above.
Judaism had a number of branches, just like any religion, and one very important mystical system revolved around the Kabbalah (Cabala) – understanding energy and how humans use it to find God (and also how to heal themselves) was an essential part of this system.
I could go on and on – even stretching back to the ancient Sumerians and Egyptians, but you should see the basic outline here. Mental healing techniques are very ancient.
No onward to specifics.
Let’s start with the basic premise that energy is within you since, well, you are energy. You can call this quantum energy, life force, prana, qi, psyche, whatever. It is there.
If you cannot accept this, stop reading.
If you are still reading, then you acknowledge the basic premise. Let’s employ some logic (as best I can) and move on.
If this energy is within you, and you have the consciousness to realize you are indeed you, then it is implicit in the argument that you ought to be able to exert some influence on that energy. Rather than let it run on auto-pilot, you can channel, direct and (to some degree) control it.
Let’s look at an example.
Suppose you are playing a sport, you know, like baseball. Let’s say you hurt yourself. Not debilitating and not life-threatening, but it is an injury. For the sake of this example, let’s say it’s a person’s lower back.
Traditional treatments do have value – cold packs, heating pads, massage and other muscular manipulation techniques. The use of anti-inflammatory agents (e.g., steroids, Advil, aspirin, et cetera, et cetera) is fine, but they should be limited and augmented with natural sources of anti-inflammatory agents.
You can easily do research on anti-inflammatory foods.
While you are trying to heal an injury (like the back in this example), be advised there are also foods which RAISE inflammation. Processed or refined carbohydrates, such as white bread and pastries, French fries and other fried foods, soda and other sugar-sweetened beverages, red meat (burgers, steaks) and processed meat (hot dogs, sausage), margarine, shortening, and lard are bad. Avoid.
In short, all the external therapy in the world won’t help if a person continues to inflame their injury or condition by poor diet.
Next, the most important thing a person can do is to get new blood (and thus, fresh oxygen) into the injured area(s). While a massive blood transfusion, blood cleansing, or a session in a hyperbaric chamber would do the trick nicely, that is out of the realm for most “normal” humans.
So, what can a regular Joe do?
Massage (not overly disruptive in technique) consistently applied, conveys new blood and oxygen to the injured area(s). Unless the injury is in some inaccessible area of your body, most people can do this themselves or use electronic devices to assist.
Getting good clean oxygen is important – but if allergens are in the air outside, make sure your HVAC filters are clean.
Let’s summarize to this point.
Let’s say we are injured or ill, even up to and including cancer. We begin the recovery process by watching what we eat and making a deliberate attempt to eat foods that reduce inflammation and NOT eat foods that cause inflammation.
We have the impacted area(s) gently massaged one or twice a day to encourage new blood flow. By someone else, or we handle it ourselves.
We try to breathe good oxygen. One important note here. Humans take breathing for granted and you would be surprised how many people breathe terribly. At different times during the day a person should willfully stop, get comfortable and focus their breathing. Slow, steady, rhythmic inhale and exhale – through the nose, not the mouth. Also, deep, cleansing, breaths – just don’t hyperventilate for freaking sake.
In the case of someone with asthma or bronchitis, the mental energy is manipulated by conscious will and channeled to the impacted areas – chest, lungs, throat, etc.
We are now ready to augment all of the above with meditation and the willful manipulation of the energy mentioned above.
This is best accomplished at night, when you prepare for a good night’s rest, but it can be done at any time you are in a relaxed and restful environment.
And here is how you do it…
The optimal (but not the only) position is on your back, head elevated slightly, hands at your side or on your thighs. Whatever position is comfortable for you. Relax. Begin by endorsing the notion you are an energy/matter matrix. Start with your toes, focusing on each individually and “seeing” them as fields of energy manifested as flesh, blood and bone. Each toe should be “activated” with your meditative power into fields of energy to increase blood flow, oxygenation of the blood and healing – now bring this “energy” up to the ankle level as a single “ball” of energy, which you then move slowly up your calf, past the knee, up the leg (also gathering energy from those locations as you mentally move the energy point) and eventually hold this energy point or “ball” at the hip. Repeat with the other foot and toes and bring that energy ball to the hip and hold it.
Repeat this process with the fingers, each finger a quantum field of energy, joining together at the wrist and moving up the arm. Hold this energy at the shoulder.
Repeat with the other finger and arm.
Now you take those points of energy you have been processing and move them to the injured area, wherever that might be – throat, chest, lungs, leg, etc. Join all the points of energy you mentally processed with the above instructions. Visualize this energy rebuilding, healing, repairing the injured area, healing the cancer, see the energy percolate throughout the injured area or area affected by cancer, replenishing blood, bringing oxygen and healing the entire area.
Keeping in mind that practice makes perfect, or as close to perfect as we humans can achieve…
The body’s ability to heal itself is amazing – try it and see what happens !
